Lucedentro photoluminescent walkways are created by inserting a grit of borosilicate glass or quartz, with our pigments, into a pour of fresh cement or draining concrete. Then these photo luminescent glass aggregates are lightly beaten under the concrete to ensure optimal grip. Finally, when the cement is dry, a water jet is used to bring the aggregates back to the surface. The aggregates will absorb sunlight during the day to express it in the dark during the night, creating a very suggestive luminous effect.
